Our Story
Bailey and Calvin were born and raised in rural Vermont, next door to each other. After college, they married and moved to Connecticut to pursue their passions for Architecture, Design, and Construction Management.
After a few years, they began to miss the small-town lifestyle in rural Vermont and wanted to start their family in a similar place to where they grew up. They packed up and moved back to their hometown of Randolph Center, and they couldn't be happier growing their family here.
Bailey and Calvin have three kids and enjoy spending time with family, friends, and their church community. Living in rural Vermont, they love exploring the outdoors, and the connections you have from small town living.

We are a licensed Vermont Real Estate Broker with extensive experience buying homes and selling properties throughout rural Vermont. In order to earn a VT Broker license you must complete additional continued education, have additional time as a selling agent, complete a variety of real estate transactions and pass special credentialing. This extensive process gives us that additional experience you want when making the most significant transactions in your life.
